Our drivers abide by the Challenge 25 policy. The persons receiving the order will be asked to provide ID if they look 25 years or younger. You therefore must be prepared to provide ID. We can not be held responsible for a missed or failed delivery owing to a failure to provide a valid identification document when requested.
The only acceptable forms of identification shall be photographic driving licences, passports, HM forces cards, or a form of identification with the "PASS" hologram.
